This area must have been used for( ) ........YOU fill in the blank! This room left me annoyed for some reason.Every cloud really does have a silver lining.
The RIGHT: side will be a walk in closet for moi.
The LEFT: a SUNROOM!!
Really, who doesn't dream of a sunroom with feminine furniture and natural light?!
I knew I wanted that plank wall but there was the problem of that window.

The beginning of my closet.
That opening is into the master bedroom. Sliding barn door anyone???
Then That same annoying room I've been talking about yielded an even greater find. SHIPLAP. The original outer wall of the front of the house. See the variations of all the different paint they used?!People fake that kind of finish on planks. We got it for free. FREE! Not only that but there was old beadboard on the ceilings. Unfortunately rotted. I might have shed a few tears over that revelation.

This is my FIL who pieced that awesome wall back together. I certainly can't tell there was ever a window there.
